Looking for a good computer repair service in the Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Fort Pierce area? Over the past few years I have been going to Sungeek Computers for my computer repair Port St Lucie and have been impressed.
There are three types of service options; remote service, on-site service, and in-store. I have used all three of these types of services depending on the situation.
One of their services that I most like is the remote support. That is, rather than unhooking my computer and driving it to their store or calling them to come out to my business (or home) – they work on my computer from their office.
To do this, I simply downloaded a program that allows our computers to interactively communicate. It’s interesting because I can watch exactly what Sungeek is doing if I want.
About a year ago I bought a new Dell computer. Sungeek was very helpful in advising me on which type of system to buy – (ie, Optiplex, Inspiron, XPS etc, etc, etc…!!!). I had Sungeek come out to my house to install the new computer, restore all my old files, reinstall my email, as well as configure some hardware.
A few months ago, my computer got a virus and I brought my computer into Sungeek for computer repair since this was something that could take several hours. They are located in the Key Lime Plaza – a few buildings east of the Walgreens at the corner of Bayshore and Port St Lucie Boulevard (turnpike exit). Later the same day, I was able to pick-up my repaired computer !
Sungeek is owned and operated by Mike Willis and his wife along with a staff of about 3-5 others. Mike has been in the computer and internet technology business for over 25 years – and I have found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. For computer repair Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, or Stuart I recommend Sungeek.com, (772) 340-3285.
